Cake Decorating - Basic class *2 places remaining*
Saturday 28th January – 9.30am to 2.30pm
Taught by new tutor Christine Lawreance of Classic Cakes. Includes:
- How to prepare your cake tins.
- Make a madeira cake ready for decorating.
- Covering your cake with sugarpaste to achieve a smooth finish.
- Making basic gift bow to decorate your cake.
- Basic piping techniques, including making a piping bag, and using sugarpaste to pipe your decorations with.

Joan Mowat, owner of Tanraogan Seafood Restaurant, returns to teach seasonal dishes adapted from the restaurant menu. This will include a fish filleting tutorial, fish based starter and main course, and a dessert.
Gujurathi cooking with Meena - Part One *WAITING LIST*

Meena returns showing us the essentials of cooking from the Indian state of Gujarat. Learn your base of Shak (curry), Dhal, Lassi plus how to roll Chappatis like a pro (Meena's Auntie!)

How to prepare, cook and present like a professional. Learn the tips and tricks from Joan Mowat of Tanroagan Seafood Restaurant. Joan has many years experience in the catering trade, this class will not be restricted to seafood
