About Us
Relish was founded by Kathryn Sentance in August 2007. Kathryn worked in marketing for 5 years and subsequently retrained as a Nutritional Therapist. During her work as a Nutritional Therapist she was struck the number of people who wanted to eat well but did not have the skill to do so. So what to do? She began teaching cookery classes and has since welcomed people of all abilities through the cookery school doors. Relish offers a wide range of courses and Kathryn combines a passion for food with a friendly teaching style.
With increasing demand for parties and special occasion catering, Relish Catering was officially launched in December 2007. At Relish we combine a passion for food with attention to every detail for your event, from a dinner party for 10 up to canapes for 300. Not only do we provide delicous food but also excellent front of house service. With a broad range of skills and experience we can manage all of your culinary needs.
